12.0.5 Changes for Frost Death Knights
Frostwyrm's Fury’s Recall from our Apex Talent is no longer on the GCD
Echoing Fury no longer triggers off Frostwyrm's Fury, instead of off Reaper's Mark.
Frostbroods Chosen’s Haste buff provided by the recall now provides the full haste, for half the time, rather than half haste for the full duration.
