As you move through the world, new weapons and armour will be given to you for almost every task you complete. At first, it's best just to use the highest level weapon you have, but as you start to find legendary weapons, you should start to focus on them instead. A number of these also come with some of the best engravings in the game, which is another bonus to starting to find legendary weapons and armour.
This tier list will focus on Yasuke's weapons, breaking them down by how well they perform. Most of these weapons will be legendary ones, and will link to individual guides about them if we have guides on them.

Yasuke Weapon Tier List - Explainer
Much like with our Naoe weapon tier list, a lot of the best weapons for Yasuke are ones in which bleed buildup is a key factor. Bleed is the most consistent damage affliction, so it's no wonder weapons with those perks shine. While the Long Katana is not as clear a winner as the Katana is for Naoe, it still performs well. In our Yasuke build, both the Vengeful Foe and Crimson Edge featured in our two top builds. The last weapon in the S tier is the Flowing Peace, which causes a health segment to be removed once an armour break happens. Any of these three is incredible and is not hard to obtain. This tier also features some of the best engraving you can get for other weapons.
A tier is an eclectic mix of items; Myth Slayer is another Long Katana. This time, one that causes combo enders to become postured attacks, making enemies vulnerable, thus making them easier to kill. A Teppo and a Bow also feature here. The Teppo Dynasty Ender is a silent sniper, and one that can be a great way to set up assassinations. The bow, Dragon's Wrath Bow, is another incredible weapon, giving you instantly charged arrows. This makes Dragon's Wrath a great bow to go alongside any good melee weapon.
B tier features another Teppo in the form of the Patient Harbinger. It's not as good as the Dynasty Ender. However, the two shots instead of one per shot is a solid option. In fact, the perk is really good when added to the Dynasty Ender to make it an even more deadly silent sniper. Tale Smasher is a bit of an honourable mention, so that we can include at least one Kanabo. These two-handed mace-like weapons are a good option if that's your style. The Tale Smasher specifically is our favourite of the Kanabo, having Bleed Buildup as the bonus stat, plus the engraving creates an area of effect when you land a combo ender.
Lastly, in the C tier, much like with Naoe, get any bleed buildup weapon that you have at the highest level. There are a number of other solid weapons for Yasuke, especially legendary ones. However, it's less clear-cut for Yasuke than it is for Naoe.

Naoe can be used to unlock many, if not all, of Yasuke's weapons. A few are locked behind movable boxes that Yasuke must use, while others are locked behind Yasuke-specific quests and trials.
What's the best weapon affliction
For damage, bleed is the best, with poison coming in a close second. Daze is also good, though it doesn't provide a direct damage effect.
