Bronze Celebrations Tokens are a new currency that can be spent at the 20th Anniversary event bronze celebration location vendors. These vendors will offer a large range of rewards for bronze celebration tokens including updated tier 2 armor sets and some previously unobtainable mounts and battle pets.

Traeya
Traeya is the Armor Vendor, she is located in the Center platform of the 20th Anniversary event area in Tanaris.

She sells the updated Tier 2 armor sets for 60 Celebration Tokens each. However, when you purchase your first set the cost of your 2nd set will be reduced by 20, meaning it will cost 40. When you purchase your 2nd set all future sets will be reduced by a further 20 meaning you will only have to pay 20 Celebration Tokens for them.

She sells the Coldflame Items which are a reference to Blizzard Employee service rewards. She also sells toys and a pet. She also sell the Bag of Timewarped Badges which contains 20 Timewarped Badges.
