Being a Postmaster is a stressful and thankless job in Azeroth. It is no surprise that he would need some assistance. To help you be of better use to the Postmaster, here is the full breakdown of the Dalaran Mailroom questline.

Lost Mail
- Find the Lost Mail to the left of the mailbox at the bottom of the stairs by Violet Citadel in Dalaran.
- Deliver the Lost Mail to Madam Goya.
- She is located in the Dalaran Underbelly.
- Once you do this you will receive a mail from the Postmaster instructing you to go to the mailroom.
- The mailroom portal is located behind the pet cemetery (33,31).
- Click the sewer tube to enter.
- Once you have done the first part of the quest, you can return to the mailroom anytime through this portal.
Full Questline
Return to Sender
- Click on the floating mail throughout the mailroom.
- You need to sort 9 pieces.
A Huge Package
- Click on the giant mail sack in the mailroom to pick up the item you need to carry.
- Click the portal located in the corner of the room.
- Take the giant sack filled with 1362 Solid Stone to Nexus-Prince
Haramand of the Consortium. - Walk to the ethereal portal where the Antonidas Memorial is located.
- Click the portal to throw the sack in.
Priority Delivery
- Click the portal in the room that takes you to Icecrown.
- En route to the Lich King's body to loot the lost Invincible Reins, you will fight some unfriendly
ethereals that spawn. - Loot the Invincible Reins from the Lich King's body.
- Click the portal, returning you to Dalaran.
- Head to Feralas in Kalimdor to find Johnny Awesome.
- Take the Darnassus portal in Dalaran.
- If you do not have the portal to Uldam, take the flight path to Shadebough.
Service with a Smile
- In the previous quest, Johnny will tell you he already has the mount. He asks you to sell the mount to Gott Weedlespan at The Steam Pools. I will not lie, this
hurt my feelings. - Return the gold to Johnny.
- Check your mail for a thank you letter from Johnny containing Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing.
Due Reward
- Head to Hillsbrad Foothills in Eastern Kingdoms.
- The grave is located in the Sludge Fields.
- Click the glowing Mimron's Head.
- Check your mail for a letter from the Postmaster, summoning you to the mailroom once more.
The Mail Must Flow
- Sort 15 letters in 1 minute.
- When you see the city and zone name, click the correct tube for each continent.
- Once complete you will receive The Total Package achievement along with mail from the Postmaster containing a Bulging Package.
Bulging Package Contents:
- Lost Mail Quest: Give this item to a friend so that they can complete the quest line.
- Solid Stone x16
- Toy: Katy's Stampwhistle - Using this toy summons Katy, clicking on her allows you to check your mail. The toy has a 3-hour cooldown.
Post Haste Achievement
- Sort 30 letters within 1 minute
- Reward: Mailemental battle pet.
Priority Mail Achievement
- Sort 30 letters using the partial address option within 1 minute.
- You can do this anytime after you have completed The Mail Must Flow Quest.
- There are no limits on how many times you can attempt this.
- To begin, click the Postmaster and select: Give me a challenge! I want to sort letters with partial addresses.
