Until recently Shadowlands has been unskippable until you reached level 60. However, and thankfully, Blizzard have patched this with a handy dandy skip feature. Below you will learn how to skip the shadowlands campaign and get right into the Shadowland world activities.
Step 1: Timewalking and Maw Skip
If you are below level 60, visit Chromie in your major city and ensure you are correctly placed onto the Shadowlands timewalking.
Once you are on the Shadowlands timeline you can visit Dorian Morgraine in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar depending on your faction.
Speak to his right-hand associate, High Inquisitor Whitemane, and select “Skip the Maw Introduction. Oribos awaits.”. This will teleport you straight to Oribos.
Note: This will only work if you have previously completed the maw scenario on another character.
Step 2: Shadowlands Campaign Skip
Upon arriving into Oribos you will receive a quest called “Stranger in an Even Stranger Land”, accept this quest and attempt to communicate (Select dialogue option) with the Protector Captain. Once you’ve selected this dialogue option you will be quickly escorted to Kah-Dele.
Once you arrive in the enclave (Oribos), you will be greeted by both Kah-Sher and Kah-Delen. You will be able to speak to Kah-Delen and select the option “Skip the level up campaign and unlock world content”.
Step 3: Skip Completed & Important Info
It’s important to bear in mind that from here, if you still want to do quests in Shadowlands you can select areas you wish to offer aid to by speaking to Tal Inara in the Enclave, who will give you the follow on quest for each specific area.
If you wish to instead progress to unlocking Shadowlands covenant features such as the Command Table, you will only gain access to this at level 60+.
Shadowlands Fast-Travel
Do note that engineers may use the Wormhole Generator: Shadowlands to quickly get to any shadowlands zone. The only requirement is to have Shadowlands Engineering at level 1 and to have the toy “Shadowlands Wormhole”. This is an extremely useful fast-travel toy.
