How to get the Loyal Magmammoth Mount
Reach True Friend With Sabellian and Wrathion
To obtain the Loyal Magmammoth mount, you must first achieve the highest reputation level possible with Sabellian and Wrathion. This can be done by completing the weekly objectives at the Obsidian Citadel, which will increase your reputation with them.
Obtaining the Netherforged Lavaproof Boots & Sturdy Obsidian Glasses
Once you achieve The Obsidian Bloodline and Loyalty to the Prince, you can purchase 1x Netherforged Lavaproof Boots and 1x Sturdy Obsidian Glasses from their Quartermasters at the Obsidian Citadel.

After purchasing the Netherforged Lavaproof Boots the Sturdy Obsidian Glasses, you will be able to purchase the Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers.
Obtaining the Loyal Magmammoth Mount
After obtaining the Magmammoth Harness, you will be able to mount and tame one of the four Magmammoths found in The Waking Shore. The specific Magmammoth that can be harnessed for the mount is located at the Burning Ascent.

To obtain the Loyal Magmammoth mount, you must first kill the Qalashi Necksnapper located next to the Tame Magmammoth. After defeating the Necksnapper, you can then right-click on the Magmammoth and use the Magmammoth Harness to harness it.
Once you harness the Magmammoth you will get rewarded with an achivement called Grand Theft Mammoth and the Loyal Magmammoth mount.

Important: There is currently a bug that can prevent players from being able to right-click on the Tame Magmammoth to mount it. If you are experiencing this issue, you can try dismounting and then using the "/reload" command to relog. This should allow you to right-click on the Magmammoth and use the Magmammoth Harness to tame it.
Optional: Petty Theft Mammoth Achievement
There is also an achievement called "Petty Theft Mammoth" that can be earned by mounting all four of the Tame Magmammoths and returning them to Mammoth-Tamer Tavok in the Emberflow.
