Catch up Gear on Siren Isle (Patch 11.0.7)

With the release of Patch 11.0.7 there is a new set of catch up gear. This gear starts at item level 584 and is 1/8 on the veteran track, with a max item level of 606. The gear is purchasable for the brand new currency, Flame-Blessed Iron.

Flame-Blessed Iron is acquired by participating in activities and completing content on Siren Isle, you will be rewarded with Flame-Blessed Iron. For more information on this, you can read our Flame-Blessed Iron guide.
