Once you have managed to unlock Siren Isle and Cyrce’s Circlet you will get the quest The Circlet Calls which rewards your first gem, the Windsinger's Runed Citrine. In total there are twelve gems you can obtain for the ring. The Gems have a range of different effects, some that grant stats, deal damage, heal and shield allies. With 12 citrine gems in total, 4 for each socket type, there are a number of gem combinations you can equip.
This guide will quickly show you how to obtain all 12 Cyrce’s Circlet Gems on the Siren Isle. You can either target the ones you want, or work towards collecting them all; allowing you to mix and match if the best Citrine choices for your spec changes by role or receives buffs or nerfs.
List of Gems and Where to Unlock them
In a recent change by Blizzard, they have added the 3 enemy type specific gems to Taljori without the need to obtain them first, they cost 50 Flame-Blessed Iron each. The acquisition of the other gems that come from Island Events have also been improved to allow you to collect all Citrines in a single week.

Cyrce's Circle Gem Vendors
There are 4 Cyrce’s Circlet Gem vendors on Siren Isle, but they will only sell you Citrines that you have already discovered, other than Talijora who will always sell the 3 enemy type specific gems. All the gems are Warbound Until Equipped, meaning you will be able to purchase them on your main and send them to you alts without doing the quests to unlock them.
Once you have found a specific gem for the first time, you can now purchase that gem from Angorla, Apprentice Tanmar, Didi the Wrench or Talijora, they are located in the main camp of Siren Isle. This might be helpful if you vendored or deleted a gem you later realized you wanted to use.
