Patch 11.1.5 has a new reputation, Flame's Radiance, and with it we have some new rewards. The reputation is earned by completeing the Nightfall Scenario in west Hallowfall. As you increase your renown you will gain access to more items to purchase from the vendor. The vendor sells a pet, a mount, toys and some cool transmogs.
Flame’s Radiance Vendor Location
The Flame’s Radiance vendor is Lars Bronsmaelt, located on the west side of Hallowfall, just outside of Mereldar.

Flame Radiance Vendor Rewards
There are two vendors, Lars Bronsmaelt and Layne Pontelle. They both sell Flame's Radiance themed items, however, you only need renown to purchase items from Lars Bronsmaelt.
