With Patch 11.1.5 we are receiving an experience and reputation buff, The Winds of Mysterious Fortune, here we rundown some of the best times to use this buff, and how to best utilise it.
Just by logging in you can have an additional 20% increased experience on any character from level 10 to 79 (up to level 80).
Reputations that are Increased by The Winds of Fortune
While the buff is active players will have increased reputation with Dragonflight and The War Within factions.
NOTE: Undermine Factions are excluded from the reputation buff and will not be increased.

Mysterious Satchels
Mysterious Satchels come in 3 different varieties: Mysterious Satchel, Weathered Mysterious Satchel and Pristine Mysterious Satchel. These can be opened for the following rewards:
Mysterious Satchel
The base Mysterious satchel drops from mobs killed around Dragon Isle and Khaz Algar, they are also rewarded from quests in these zones. They contain cosmetic Items, level appropriate gear (leveling gear) and potions.
Weathered Mysterious Satchel
Coming soon, these were unavaliable on PTR.
Pristine Mysterious Satchel
Pristine Mysterious Satchel are looted once per day replacing the usual Mysterious Satchel. They have the same loot tables as the normal mysterious satchels, however, they are much more likey to contain gear appropriate for your current specialization.
List of Mysterious Satchel Consumables
One of the rewards from the Mysterious Satchel are potions that can be used to buff your character, they last 30 minutes and consuming an additional potion will stack the duration but not increase the effect. They are warbound, additionally, the effect persists through death. Below we have listed all of the potions and their effects.

Bottle of Mysterious Wisdom | 10% increased Experience from quests and kills (lasts for 2 hours and stacks with the Winds of Fortune buff). |
Mysterious Satchel Looted Potions
When you open the Mysterious Satchel you can occasionally find potions which are automatically consumed when you loot them; they are more powerful versions of the Diluted potions above, granting 10% rather than 5%. There are also versions that grant damage, slows and stuns.

Potion of Mysterious Frostbound | Gives you a chance to slow when you attack. |
Darkmoon Faire
The Winds of Mysterious Fortune buff will be running from April 22nd to May 20th, which means you can also get the Darkmoon Faire buff, with which you will gain an additional 10% experience and reputation. This will be on the 4th of May and will last until the 11th of May.
Experience and reputation buffs are always a great way to level and gear alts, or if you are missing any reputation rewards this is a great way to collect them.
