In The War Within, there are new vendors that sell the Gateway Control Shard; this is an item that allows players to use a Warlock’s Demonic Gateway by using the item rather than clicking the portal. This is useful for many raid groups as often there are a lot of players on top of the gateway, making it much harder to click it exactly when you need to. The Gateway Control Shard item can easily be dragged onto your action bar and therefore key-bound to make using it even easier.

Durakh is located in the south of The Forgegrounds fairly close to the Blacksmithing trainer.
