The Nerub’ar Palace will become available at the start of Season 1 of The War Within which is on September 10th, 2024 for US realms and September 11th for EU realms. On release you will be able to enter Raid Finder Wing 1, Normal and Heroic difficulty.
The following week, on Tuesday September 17th (18th for EU). You will be able to enter Raid Finder Wing 2, Story Mode Difficulty and Mythic raid difficulty will become unlocked.
And finally on September 24th, the 3rd and final chapter of Raid Finder will be unlocked.

There are 8 bosses within the Nerub’ar Palace raid:

- The Bloodbound Horror
- Sikran, Captain of the Sureki
- Rasha'nan
- Broodtwister Ovi'nax
- Nexus-Princess Ky'veza
- The Silken Court
- Queen Ansurek

The Nerub’ar Palace is located in the southern part of Azj-kahat, Close to the City of Threads.

In the Nerub’ar Palace the item level of the gear you receive for defeating a boss increases the further you get into the raid.

Much like with previous raids in Dragonflight, there will be “Very Rare” items available from a number of the bosses within the raid.

- Sikran: Sureki Zealot’s Insignia (Neck)
- Rasha’nan: Wings of Shattered Sorrow (Back)
- Nexus-Princess Ky’veza: Void Reaper’s Warp Blade (First Weapon)
- Queen Ansurek: Seal of the Poisoned Pact (Ring)

Mounts in Nerub’ar Palace
Within the Nerub'ar Palace raid there will be 2 mounts available from Queen Ansurek, one that is an “Extremely Rare” drop from all difficulties and a Mythic only mount drop; which has been announced as dropping 3 per Mythic boss kill, unlike the previous expansions where there were 2 dropping per Mythic boss kill.
- Reins of the Ascendant Skyrazor (Mythic Mount)
- Reins of the Sureki Skyrazor (chance to drop on all difficulties)
