Siren Isle has a large amount of new rares, offering rewards when you kill them. However, one major difference with Siren Isle is certain rares will only be available when specific types of enemies are present on the Island.
Sire Isle rotates between 3 types of enemies once a week. Those 3 types being Naga, Pirate and Vrykul.
You will need to kill one of every rare to complete the Clean up on Isle Siren achievement.

These rares are not part of the Clean up on Isle Siren Achievement and are only present during the storm phase of Siren Isle:

- Tempest Talon
- Zek’ul the Shipbreaker
- Kvsir the Forgotten
