One of the best ways to gear up in Season 2 in The War Within is to craft items, especially Embellished items. In order to craft at higher item levels, you must add an Enchanted Undermine Crest as an optional reagent to the craft.
The three types of enchanted crests and the respective item levels they will craft in Season 2 are:

In Season 2, unlike in previous seasons, these enchanted crests are no longer crafted by enchanters, so you don’t need to purchase the Nascent crest of the same type in order to have an enchanter craft an enchanted crest. You can now purchase Enchanted Weathered Undermine Crest, Enchanted Runed Undermine Crest and Enchanted Gilded Undermine Crest directly from a vendor.
Note: At the start of the season you will be capped on the amount of crests you can obtain per week. However, the cap is cumulative, meaning if you miss a few weeks, you can earn a lot when you return, up to the current cap.
Where to Purchase Enchanted Gilded Undermine Crests
In Season 2 there are now two vendors that you can buy the Enchanted Gilded, Runed and Weathered Undermine Crests from: Llande and Syenite.
Llande
The first Enchanted Undermine Crest vendor is Llande, the enchanting supplies vendor in Dornogal. She is located in the southern part of the city, right next to the enchanting profession stall.

Syenite
In Patch 11.1, Blizzard added an additional Crest vendor, Syenite. This new vendor is conveniently located near the crafting order NPCs in Dornogal.

Llande & Syenite Sell the Following Items
Both of the Enchanted Crest vendors will trade you the Enchanted Undermine Crest in return for the respective base crests, for example, 60 Gilded Undermine Crests for 1 Enchanted Gilded Undermine Crest.

Crafting The Enchanted Undermine Crest
As mentioned above, in Season 2 of The War Within, Enchanters are no longer needed to craft the Enchanted Undermine Crests, they can be purchased directly from the Vendor that would previously have sold you the Nascent Crests. Simply visit one of the vendors in this guide and you will be sending in a crafting order for some new gear in no time!
