Similar to the Third Trial of Aql, the Sixth Trial of Aql is a fairly short quest.
As with all of the other Trials, the game doesn’t give you a waypoint you can track. Instead, you’ll need to solve a riddle and study a clue from your journal.
To start, go to your Journey tab and click on The Sixth Trial of Aql. Hit "View Trial Location" to bring up a painted mural and a short clue:
"Follow your para-compass to the north and east… amidst the jinn’s towering spires—across the rift… seek the eyes among the stones"
Sixth Trial of Aql Location
The Sixth Trial of Aql can be found in Devil’s Eye Cavern, situated in the north east corner of Jabal Eifrit Al-Sharq. There are a number of quests in this area (including one of the Swordmaster quests for Advanced Training), but it’s likely this will be the first time you’ve been.
The area looks like it’s filled with enemies, but it’s actually quite calm. There are poison mines that you can trigger, so listen out for those. Cut through the cave entrance and travel down the cavern. There is some loot on the way down.
Pro tip: As you leave the area where the Spice should be, hand right, and you’ll see another cave entrance where there is some nice loot as a reward for your trip.
