In this guide, we’ll look at the three new Social Hub Contracts you can find in Harko Village and walk you through them.
These contracts are pretty simple but it is easiest/most efficient to complete them at the same time.

- Unlike the Arrakeen contracts, the Harko Village ones (Phrakk) will task you with leaving Harko Village.

Harko Village Social Hub Contracts
This map gives you all the major locations for the quests that we will be sent to. Check your map for a quick reference.
Merchandise Retrieval: No Chaumas
For this contract, we need to retrieve a number of vials around Harko Village. The first of which is in the club, and the location of it is shown in the image above. This is located just behind the bar area; the map marker in-game is slightly misleading.
The second vial can be found in the Exchange on the table, and is very easy to find. Don’t worry, no one will notice you steal it.
The final vial is located in the Imperial Consulate shown on the map above, and you just need to steal it from the wall of documents.
Once that’s done, the contract issuer will contact you to place the vials inside the strongbox, located above. Once that’s done, they will contact you again, and the contract will be complete.
Market Manipulation: Sending a Message
Head to the location of the stash to collect the items for the quest. Once secured, follow the marker to “Leave a message,” as shown above. Then, you need to place the three items in the locations marked on the waypoints, which are all in the main market area. The contract issuer will then contact you to complete the very quick quest.
Phrakk: Urgent Request
First of all, head to Phrakk's Clinic (Doctor's Office - shown in the image at the start of the walkthrough). Speak with Fleshshaper Phrakk who will give you the next part of the Contract, requiring us to head to Hagga Basin again.
Check the map above for the location of the Slaver Base. Once you arrive, look for the note shown in the image below. Loot that and read it; this will give us the follow-up location, which is a nearby Testing Station. The location of this is also shown above. You'll need to head into the first main area (the T junction) and do the following.
Head left at the first path and go down the stairs. Once here, you’ll need to clear out a fair few enemies first. Once the room is empty, loot the container for the quest. This room is well worth a quick loot, as it has some nice things. If you’ve not done this Testing Station yet, it’s also worth completing that.
You can then leave and head back to the contract issuers in Harko Village to complete this contract.
