Meiko

After the fall of the Edosaka Barrier, Meiko was sent away by her mother to survive. She traveled the world learning to channel her turmoil into martial grace as a Twinsoul. She joins the Fellowship to continue her training and seek heroes strong enough to challenge the Demon King that reigns over her homeland.

Playstyle

As a martial artist, Meiko utilizes a variety of fighting techniques to empower herself and defend her allies. Meiko is a Melee Tank that uses Ability Combo Mechanics. She excels in the front lines taking hits instead of her allies. She uses Ability Combos to perform powerful Finishing Moves. Big cooldowns and self buffs allow her to mend her own wounds and survive dangerous attacks.

Spirit Ability

Increases all sources of Spirit Points you gain to charge up your Spirit Ability. Spirit provides a chance to refund Earthfall & Stormfall charges spent when using abilities that consume Earthfall & Stormfall. Whenever Spirit Refund is triggered, Meiko gains Spirit Armor for 12 seconds, increasing her Armor by 50%.

You split your soul into the Sibling of Wind and the Sibling of Earth for 10 seconds. You deal 20% more damage for the duration.

SIBLING OF EARTH (controlled)
While Twin Souls: Army of One is active, the Sibling of Earth takes 40% reduced damage.

SIBLING OF WIND
The Sibling of Wind swiftly teleports to, and strikes, nearby enemies up to 40 times dealing damage with each strike.

SPIRIT ABILITY
When you activate your Spirit ability you gain Spirit of Heroism, granting +30% Haste for 20 seconds.

Taunt the target, forcing it to attack you for 6 sec.

Summon 3 protective stones around you that spin in a wide circle, dealing physical damage 4 times to all nearby enemies.

Each stone increases your armor by 35%, up to a maximum of 105% and while at least one stone is active, they soak 25% of all damage you take.

Each stone has a health value equal to a proportion of your agility. Every 1% of Critical Strike, Haste, Expertise, and Spirit you have further increases the final amount by 2%.

Stone Shield gains Cooldown Acceleration equal to your Haste.

Meiko creates a vortex of winds around her, providing +5% Dodge Chance and dealing damage every few seconds for 18 seconds to all nearby enemies.

Enemies that take damage from Spirited Vortex have 35% reduced Movement Speed for 5 seconds.

Leap and slam the ground at a target location, dealing damage to all enemies in the area and leaving an area of quaking earth for 6 seconds that deals damage every few seconds to any enemy standing in in the effect.

Split your soul into the Sibling of Wind and the Sibling of Earth for up to 20 seconds.

SIBLING OF WIND (controlled)
The Sibling of Wind takes 20% of any damage dealt to the Sibling of Earth..

SIBLING OF EARTH
The Sibling of Earth taunts all enemies in a 1000 radius around them every 1.5 seconds. If the Sibling of Earth is destroyed before the duration ends, Twin Souls: Bulwark ends.

Create a Cyclone of strong winds that instantly pulls in all enemies within the radius to you.

Can be used during Global Cooldown

Instantly heal yourself.

Each time you Auto Attack an enemy, your Serenity gains +40% increased healing, stacking up to 50 times.

Your Double Palm Strike finisher applies Forbidden Technique to the target for 15 seconds.

Forbidden Technique accumulates 18% of all damage you deal to the target. Once it expires, is removed, or if the enemy dies while it is active - the accumulated amount explodes on the target and onto nearby enemies. You are healed for 100% of the damage dealt by Forbidden Technique.

You can only have one Forbidden Technique active at any time.
